Wife, mum to two little ones, and step mum to our big girl. I am a huge creative soul finding my outlet in this new phase of life.

Living in the South West of WA, surrounded by sea and bushland, has been endlessly inspiring. It's given us the slower, simpler life that has deepened my connection to nature and my children.

Evergreen Child grew alongside my Family Day Care, a space that has shaped me greatly, both as an educator and a parent. With many years as a qualified early childhood educator, I’ve seen first hand how children truly flourish when they’re offered meaningful, natural resources and gentle invitations to play.

Much of this approach has been shaped by my love of Waldorf inspired education, and the philosophies of Rudolf Steiner. We value imagination, creativity, meaningful sensory experiences, crafting with the seasons, and working with natural materials.

Evergreen Child became a way to bring the heart of my day care into the online space, supporting families at home with resources that encourage creativity and a connection to nature. I wanted to create something a little different: a place where families could recreate our own experiences, at home, and shop everything they need in one space.

This brand has lived quietly in my heart for a while, and I just know this is only the beginning. Thank you for being here, it truly means the world to me and my family.

Evergreen Child was created from a vision to reimagine play and bring back the magic we remember as a child. The wonder of fairy gardens, the muddy feet your mum would get mad about, the backyard potions made with every piece of nature you could find, pockets full of fallen treasures, and days where time felt endless.

Those raised in the 90's would truly feel the same nostalgia that I do. Those feelings of being outside until the sun went down with our siblings, creating games and magic out of sticks and leaves.. now I sound like a true oldie!

I believe every child deserves to experience that same magical feeling, the same sense of wonder and connection to nature that shaped our own happiest memories. Defying the pull of screens and brining us back to the simple joys of childhood. I have spent some time trying to curate some of the most simple treasures that can help parents and educators bring back some of that magic at home or at school.
