creating and curating our products. We hope you love your purchase, however we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

This Refund Policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds and exchanges in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on physical
products if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • The item is not as described
  • The item has arrived with a manufacturing defect

If you believe your item meets one of the above criteria, please contact us within days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Where a return
is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the situation.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Note: for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchange or refund on any playdough, fizz, or sensory bases unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Return Conditions

Where a return is approved, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
